Hope is co-owned by Toni Beninger and Karen Chaiton of Toronto. She was carefully selected to be bred with Yondo's second-last straw of semen, which had been frozen by ICSB for 22 YEARS! This was Benbaron's 50th litter (our second X litter). Hope came through in amazing style (as you can plainly see in the photo above) and ten pups were raised. Almost all of them were shorthaired. Watch for her offspring such as Xulu, Xavier, and Xtra Faith to contribute to the breed in the years ahead.

Biography

Hope's sire was the impressive Orlando, a National Best of Winners, who passed on his wonderful head to Hope. Her dam was Upbeat, a National Best Puppy, and a member of the very successful U and V litters. We chose both Upbeat and Hope for soundness, femininity, and fertility. At Benbaron we have always placed a premium on high fertility in our bitch line and it has paid off in spades.

And here is one of Hope's big daughters, also owned by Karen Chaiton of Big City Saints, Toronto.
